ORDERING: Go to The Meat Market section of the website (see banner at the left), browse our beef selections, and place an order through the on-line cart system. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supplies are limited.

 

DELIVERY OPTION: We currently have a limited number of boxes available for delivery in the Denver/Boulder Metro area. Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to coorindate a rendezvous time and place. We'll do this on a case-by-case basis until we run out of stock. It may be worthwhile to check in with us to ensure your choice of box and substitutions is avaiable for this option.

 

Typically, we have four big deliveries a year: Two in the Spring and Fall. For example, in Spring 2008, our delivery dates were May 3&4 and May 31. Our Fall 2008 delivery is tentatively scheduled for October 25 and November 22. We have up to seven scheduled locations where we rendezvous with customers. You pick which one fits into your life the best. Please visit our May 31, 2008 rendezvous points on Google Maps to get the idea. If you will happen to be out of town on the delivery weekend, or are otherwise unable to meet us, we will UPS your order to you.  

 

PICk-UP IN YUMA: Traveling to or live in the High Plains? Picking up in Yuma may be an option for you. The beef is kept at 5056 Old Post Rd Yuma CO. First, place your order on-line. Before you come out, call ahead at 970 848 3801 to give Linda a head's up. If you plan on coming out in the evening, then you should be in touch with Tom at 970 630 0497. 

SUBSTITUTIONS: We offer three standard substitutions through the on-line cart system. You can substitution three 1lb packages of Sirloin Tip Kebobs (Option 1) and/or a 3lb Brisket (Option 2) for an additional $4.95 each (ALL-ROUNDER SPECIAL! If you substitute a 3lb brisket for 1lb Top Round and 2lbs Ground Beef, the sustitution has zero cost!) Roasts can be substituted for no additional cost (Option 3). You can choose multiple options for a single order. We will pull out 2lbs of burger and 1lb of brats for each 3lb substitution. If you want to substitute for something else, let us know by writing your request in the text box just prior to confirming your order.

 

You may have some other substitution in mind. We consider all reasonable substituions. The best way is to place an order of the box that closest suits your needs and then add your requested substitutions in the comments box just prior to confirming the order. Be explicit. For example, write "I would like to substitute 2lbs of burger for 2lbs of rib steaks." I will okay the substitutions, offer an alternative, and/or have an appropriate price quote for you. 

 

Sometimes we run out of a particular cut. In this scenario, we make equal or better substitutions.
