How is the response to Sun Prairie Natural Beef? |

Our first delivery was in the October 2005. That was almost exclusively to friends and family and we are eternally grateful to those initial customers. Since then, we have expanded to serve the entire Denver Metro area reaching customers through word of mouth, farmer's markets, Internet, and radio. We have a strong following of repeat customers, many of which we now consider friends as well as clients. Our burger is featured on the special's menu at Boulder's "The Sink" Restaurant (an 80-year CU institution). Dan, the head chef, reckons our burger is the best he has EVER served. We regularly receive comments on the flavor and quality of the beef. We realize everyone has their own reasons for choosing grassfed beef. It may be health, animal husbandry, environemental stewardship, or a local, secure food source - or all of the above. We appreciate everyone's commitment to "Good" food. In return, we stay committed to the principled ranching by providing free-range, all-natural, 100% grassfed beef.
