Brush Locker logoWe work with Brush Locker, a small, local, USDA-certified slaughterhouse and butcher facility. Brush Locker processes the beef into cuts per our instruction. We organize our delivery dates as close as possible to packaging to ensure our customers receive fresh beef. Beef is typically cut and frozen within a week of delivery.

We are the only customer Brush Locker processes on any single day. This ensures there is no contamination from non-sourced cattle during processing. Brush Locker maintains a clean, professional facility and are subject to USDA inspections.
