Chicken Club

Chicken Club is an invite-only group supporting our very small scale, meat chicken project. We are offering 4 whole chickens (18lb min total) for $94.90. These are free-range, farm-processed Freedom Ranger chickens. We sourced chicks from a family farm dedicated to traditional, sustainable, and environmentally-friendly farming (sound familiar?). Ben Clawson, who lives at the ranch, a sometimes ranch hand, and pig farmer, raised these peepers at our request. Tom (dad), Ian (nephew), Ben (our farmer), Dan (Ben’s fishing buddy), and myself will process these in open air on June 13th. Final weights to average 4.5lbs with a range of 3-6lbs. While we believe the birds present great, do expect the odd feather or other processing blemishes.
